Here's an affordable amp for a country player. Not tube 1 in it, but still sounds good for being solid state. Nice bottom end response that's controllable because of the 2x10 speakers. Good tone at bedroom levels. Plenty of headroom. "whimpy" sounding reverb (I'd say due to it's small reverb tank), deep rich chorus. Stereo effects loop, foot switch, and headphone jack.
I didn't like the "clean" channel. No definition between guitars used through it like a good clean tube amp. After EQ'ing several times I gave up.
The "gain" channel is the key on this amp. The EQ settings are more diverse when using this channel. Everything from "twang" to "grind". Easy to obtain Keith Urban tones from this amp (among others) without pedals. You may notice it seems a bit muddy with humbucking pickups.
Good Tele tone settings:
Overdrive Channel - on Gain - 1.5 Mid boost - off Limiter - 0 Presence - +2 Volume - 3
EQ:
Treble - 6 Mid - 6.5 Bass - 4
