Echo/delay/chorus pedal in one. Has a dry line out also.
This pedal doesn't change the tone of your amp much. The chorus can be sweet, deep and rich. the delay will get you sounds from surf (gary allan surf type) to a long delay (eric johnson) with a flip of it's "short/long" switch. I a/b'ed this with 2 amps and found the sound didn't change much ( it was transparent) with the pedal on. I didn't buy it, my friend did. he is a country picker needing a slap back echo and gets it from this pedal.

I use this pedal and I love it.
The chorus has a wide range of sounds as does the echo. You can almost get a Waylon Jennings Phaser sound with it. The best thing about it is when you combine the two effects at the same time. I run both electric and acoustic through it with great success. In my setup the acoustic sounds best. As far as tone changeing, I don't hear any. This could be subjective to other pedals in your chain, where it's placed within your chain or the amp itself. Although it does sound best going through the effects loop. With an acoustic straight into the pa it sounds fantastic (guitar -> H2O -> DI Box -> pa). I have used it at church this way and I always get comments on my guitars sound. When I didn't use it I got nothing. Bottom line with me is, there might be a better chorus out there but combined with the echo making it a two in one pedal and the combined sounds you can create, it's well worth the money.
