Thought about this one on the way home Memorial Weekend. It kinda sounds tough to me but I really have no idea how tough. Guess it is worth a shot, eh? Challenge: Write a song that lyrically starts each line with a letter in the alphabet (doesn't matter which letter you start with) and continues to begin lines with the next letter in the alphabet. For example... A man was walking in the dark Behind him he heard a glass break Chills shot from a baritoned bark Drawn from a voice no human could make Specific Rules: - You can start your first line with whatever letter you want however each line following must start with the next letter in the alphabet. - The first chorus must follow the guidelines of starting with the next letter in the alphabet however, you may reuse your chorus later in the song without having to follow this guideline. - All verses following the repeated chorus must continue on with the following the previous letter that was left on. Start Date: 6/1/06 End Date: 6/20/06 Alphabet Challenge Completed By: Rombel wduffy

I can see how it could be - to clarify, on the other verses, would you need to use different letters? I would imagine so... Now if you start with A folowed by the next 3 letters, do you have to pick up with E after that?

You are correct, if you end on D in one verse, you would pick up with E in the next line of the next verse or the chorus.

A lonely boy a walkin/ Beneath a tattered bridge/ Country coursin thru his fingertips/ D? Everywhere he turnsthe past is in his wake/ Forever writing what he lives/ Goes on living what he writes/ Hes strummin that old acoustic/ In time with all the world/ jubiantly singing yodelin now and then/ Keeping perfect harmony/ Lonely in the wind/ Makin music everywhere he goes/ No ones around to hear/ On this long ang winding road/ Perplexed by life itself/ Quietly thumbin an old guitar/ Rebellion his heart yells/ Strivin towards another shore/ Tune it down to ol drop d/ Uttering an rough drawn voice/ Venting out the blues with glee/ Youll see this ol boy everywhere you go/ DAMN! I cant think of nothin for D or Z. anybody have any help or suggestions please feel free. Was thinkin for d sumething like Drawin on a harp, Gfiddle etc but was tryin to rhyme with bridge.

There are other words besides Zoe. Zinger, zipper, are a couple of examples. I already used zinger, so I came up with the idea tto use that word.

Are you using Xamine in place of the word examine?
