Great Tele pickup. This pickup is overwound to 9.6k. It really doesn't sound too much like an overwound pickup, not nearly as much mids. Definitly lots of twang, which is always good, but not ice picky or harsh. The bottom end on this pickup is very nice, still bright on the bottom strings, but nice and chunky sounding. This pickup is very nice for the price. I should say probably about the best you can buy for below 40 bucks. This pickup has a baseplate, which usually isn't found on cheaper pickups. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a great pickup for cheap.
